To quote and old Holiday song the weather outside is frightful but we still had a fair turn out yesterday for our first pruning day at Renzie. Most of the roses have been rough pruned. With any luck from the weather, we will be able to put a bigger dent into this chore next Sunday, April 22, our second pruning date. If you want to learn some of the finer points of pruning roses, or to help with the Renzie upkeep, or just want to meet and talk with fellow members, come on out to McKeesport next Sunday afternoon.
