Hi Everyone:  One of the goals of the Pittsburgh Rose Society's web page is to help members and the public exchange information about roses.  The Western Pennsylvania region is not the hardest but also not the easiest geographic area to grow roses.  But one thing I have learned from being a member of the Pittsburgh Rose Society is that there are many friendly, knowledgeable and accessible people in our group who will help you in any way they can.  In the coming weeks and months we will try to share some of the solutions to growing good roses in our neck of the woods with visitors to the web site.  Hopefully we will all learn a little as we go along.
