It is sad, but Father's rose garden is being replaced with low maintenance shrubs.  This is a church decision.  The up side is that Father Gervase has invited members of the Rose Society to remove any bushes they wish to salvage.  This must be done very soon; landscaping will begin possibly as early as this coming Monday.  Several members are planning to meet there Friday, November 2 in the AM.  The plan is to remove as many bushes as possible to relocate in members' gardens or to Renzie Park.  If you are interested, stop by.
